It is, in all technicality, July fifteenth as of four minutes before I begin to write this, but I have yet to go to sleep. This is my entry for July fourteenth.
Our society is going downhill at a rapidly increasing pace. I could go on for hours about who's, where's, what's, why's, and when's, but I'll just focus on one thing I've been thinking about lately ... movies.

I went to see 'Wanted' with Mike (http://www.mikerwave.blogspot.com/) last night, and not even five minutes into the movie, there was a scene involcing the main character's best friend and girlfriend having sex on a kitchen table. Little was censored. Also, ever seen 'Good Luck, Chuck'? I can imagine a large percentage of teenage boys taking that as their own personal pornography, what with the boobs and sex flying everywhere.

Take a second and think back to the "good ole' days," and compare movies and films. When there was a sex scene in a movie then, usually they would show a little bit of feet, some bare back, maybe some leg; they would show enough that you would get the idea. Also, if was often overlayed with music to mask the sounds of the sex itself. Now, you see and hear all, with the exception of a direct film shot of penis or vagina. It's so close to an "anything goes" style of film. It's crude, rude, vulgar, and it completley demoralizes one of the most personal things a person can ever give up.

Why, when you know so many young people are going to see it, would you conciously put explicit scenes into what would become a widly popular movie?

money.
money, money, money.

That's all that seems to matter these days, but I won't digress to that topic because I could go on and on and on; I'll save it for another blog.

Society is regressing.

sunshine.
